Dell should have provided it! It works fine, but cost an extra $22.
It works fine, but it should have come with the new computer. I paid for dual hard drives, new one and moved from the prior Dell whose mother board failed. Dell charged me for the flash drive to run both drives but failed to provide the connectors for the moved drive and unlike my prior Inspirion the power cord in the new computer only connected to one drive.
