Pulls me out of my comfort zone
When it comes to art, I'm still black and white. Learning color and charcoal is extremely difficult for me to understand. I've just never really had that much exposure to anything except for plain pencil. I'm telling you this so that you'll know that I'm not Monet. All of the supplies in this kit are of very high quality and the addition of a pencil extender and metallic pencils are a great touch. This is a GREAT set for the price,... at the right place and time, you would find someone willing to pay $20 for the empty box, its quite nice. As for the quality of the contents, they appear to be good, but I will not know for some years as they are for my daughter and she is not yet 3yrs.old. All the contents where in perfect condition, looks identical to the pictures provided and the pastels feel like good quality to the touch.
