These pasta attachments for the Kitchenaid mixer can be very pricey. It is well worth it and cuts your work with making pasta in half. It is really easy to clean with the cleaning brush. A great addition to your kitchen
So much easier than the traditional clamp and crank counter top pasta roller. A perfect pairing with the Kitchenaid mixer. You make the dough in the mixer then attache the roller and you're on you're way. The mixer does all the cranking leaving both hands free to work the pasta dough. I made enough pasta to feed twenty people in what seemed like no time at all. This makes it easy to have fresh home made pasta whenever you want it.
