When this bumper showed up it was in a good secure box, came with all the hardware and instruction. It also came coated with a type of rhino lining that is awesome and tough. They said it was for a 2015 jk jeep but it will fit a 2016 as well. This was an easy install with minimal tools required, my wife helped me install it. For the price and the overall quality of this bumper it was a good purchase for us thanks

Very cool looking bumper made out of very good quality metal and welds look really good. A little pricey compared to other options, but overall I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend. Instructions are atrocious at best, but look up the install video on youtube and save yourself some time.
