The good: you can choose how many rings to use for just the right stretch. The bad: internal diameter is quite small for the limited stretchiness of the rings. Turns balls blue in under ten minutes on an average size man. Final call: feels great, but you can only use for a short time.

"Hang" in there
I too agree with the other reviews concerning the tightness of these rings. However, I found if I started with 3 rings for 5 minutes every other day, I was able to get over the discomfort after a week. I'm now at 5 rings at 10 minutes every other day and have noticed a considerable difference in how low my sac hangs. Hopefully I'll be up to six in a month.

Not what I expected, but exactly what I ordered
I did not realize the rings would fit so 'tight'. Very restrictive and painful if worn too long. I may have missed the description about the size of the inner diameter. I would probably just caution anyone ordering this to ensure the dimensions are not going to be too small.
