Washer is new old stock, never installed. Washer is for oil cooler on the following Volvo vehicles with a 2.3 engine and a turbo: 1987-1989 740, 1987-1990 760, and 1989-1991 780. This is the washer that is under the bolt that attaches the oil cooler to the block. It is at the hex head end of the long bolt.
