This is a fast drying cement..It allows you to work on a model without issues..It is easy to apply and not messy..The key to this cement is small amounts using the applicator..If you put too much you will have a drying problem along with fact that you can damage your model with too much cement and finger contact with the wet areas..A bit of practice and you can master the use of this cement..
