These are the first composite pedal I have ridden and I was pleasantly surprised. They’re right up there with One Up alloy pedals. Plus you can rebuild them. Great grip on your shoes.

I just recently switched to falts on my MTB and purchased some flat specific shoes. On my old pedals they were actually slippery. I read reviews and decided on the oneup composite. They grip to my shoes so well. The construction is really sturdy and the bearings feel great. For the price they are hard to beat.

I was using race face cheaters but one broke. Switched to the one up composite pedals and they are flat out better. I wear vans when I ride and they work amazing, I can’t imagine how grippy they would be with 510’s. Only problem is they are chewing up my vans, but they still grip like crazy.

Light, durable, inexpensive. Metal pins provide great traction and reduced slippage. Nice large platform.

I like these. However, I wish they were thinner and had lighter spindles. Not sure why no one has carbon composite, Ti spindles on the market today.
