Beware! You need to take 12 pills a day and it causes bloating!
It is my fault for not researching better. I thought you had to take 6 pills per day. When I received the product, I saw that you have to take 6 pills twice a day. That is way too many pills! Also, the pills are very large and hard to swallow. I also noticed that they cause severe bloating. Against better judgement, I decided to stick it out for the month to see if I noticed any difference. There was no difference in my hair, skin, or nails after taking the product for a month.
