15 degrees cooler is a big deal!
Put it on my wife's 2009 Fatboy. It cooled the oil by 15 degrees. Still runs at 200F which is still to hot, but 15 degrees cooler is a big deal. It works. Oil lines were hard to put on without bending, but take your time and it will work.
