GFB for mk6 golfR. Fits very well. Not hard at all.
Got this for a 2013 Golf R. Very easy installation. I thought I was gonna hear a considerable amount of noise. I don't. I don't noises after I shift. Which is what I wanted. What i do hear is the turbo more when it's opens up. More whistle when accelerating. I'm happy with it!

Make sure you follow the directions. I installed this on an Audi TTs with dsg. Haven't noticed too much difference overall but it is built very well and leaves me less worried after getting an APR stage 2 tune
