The filter is reusable and easy to install or access for monitoring and cleaning. We test, the other guys don't. That's the Banks difference! Banks Ram-Air Superiority: This is no filter-on-a-stick!
Banks has a pretty good reputation behind them for aftermarket performance products but I got screwed on this thing big time. Do yourself a favor and buy a k&n filter for your stock air box because THATS ALL THIS IS!!! This intake/box is built just shy of identical to the stock 11-16 super duty air box, bolts up exactly the same, and uses the factory intake tube to draw air from the front of the truck. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE between this one and oem is rounded corners and a cone filter. THAT IS IT!!!! I have had this installed for the past 600 miles and have noticed zero power increase, a slight improvement in throttle response, (free flowing filter), and zero gain in fuel mileage. So essentially to cut to the point, if you buy this you’re spending over $400 on a $50 filter. Save your time and money and keep your stock box and put a k&n filter in it if you think you need more air flow. (2014 F350 SRW 6.7 Powerstroke deleted and tuned)
