Fixed my tv that was struck by lightning.
I ordered this board because my tv went out after being struck by lightning. It was decently easy to replace. At first however, I thought it was faulty. When I first installed the main board, the tv would now turn on, but the screen had a weird purple hue that rendered most things unwatchable. This can be seen in the first picture. However, I found out on ShopJimmy that this is a common issue with Samsung tv’s after replacing boards. The fix is done by pressing a few certain buttons on the remote and it’s back to normal! The second picture is after I fixed the screen calibration! ShopJimmy has an article about it on their website so check that out if you replace the board and then have screen issues! Overall this was a great purchase and it works like new! The board replacement got the tv on again and the article on ShopJimmy got my screen back to normal! Huge thanks to the seller!
