    Good Buy

    I thought the price was fair and this resolved our issue with the older-model Kidde smoke detectors we had. I think even newer models have the battery replacement hatch on the outside for easier replacement than the hatch being on the inside facing the mount. That is inconvenient, but I knew they were like that when I bought them, so no "biggie". This purchase upgraded our system somewhat and was easy to install.
