This is one of the all time greats in my book. Charles Bronson, Ed Harris, Wilford Bromley, and a host of up and coming new actors that got their start in this outstanding movie. It has always been one of my favorites. And the fact that they were still carrying Smith & Wesson revolvers takes me back to my start in the CHP when we were issued Smith & Wesson revolvers for our duty weapon. Old School U.S. Border Patrol
I have been an agent for 30 yrs. I like all the old school stuff. New agents would not appreciate this movie. It is grossly outdated. In the movie the charge to be smuggled into the U.S. has been increased to $300. When I originally saw this movie at the theater, people gasped as this was said by the smuggler.
