Defective Monitor of a Highly Rated Product
I must have received a lemon, as Omron is rated very highly. But the monitor I received measures over twenty points higher than when my doctor takes my blood pressure. At times, it's more like 60 points higher. I contacted Omron, but after walking me through all the right procedures, which I had been following all along, they concluded that my monitor is defective, but since it's a European model, they could not help me further.
