I love this Excalibur dehydrator. If has 9 trays so enough space for drying large amounts of food. Everything I have dried so far has come out like a charm. I was hesitant at first because it cost more than many dehydrators. It is an investment but my older dehydrator was not drying very well. I do not regret that I made this purchase. It is a larger machine. About the size of a large microwave. It is fairly quiet. I decided to put mine on top of my dryer since space was limited on my counter. I would highly recommend this machine.
