Had the xsmax beyond the return period before i was able to switch carriers from tracfone to consumer cellular in order to be able to use phone as hotspot. Most internet connections (when that can happen) last from 3 to 10 minutes before being dropped. In a month of trying i’ve had internet access for 60 minutes only 3 times. Now i read that the xs and xsmax use a different wireless chipset than other models and that there are problems with the internal antennas leading to poor lte access. Wish i had known.
