I recently bought this battery from you guys to replace my laptop's battery. When I set it up and turn the laptop on I got an error message saying that the battery is not compatible with my laptop. I let it charging for an hour but it didn't move from 35%. I disconnected the battery again and retried but still the same. That battery is not compatible with my laptop.
