I have been taking regular strength Prevagen capsules for about a year and I can't say definitively that my memory has improved because there's no way to tell how bad my memory would be without it. I will say though that at times I can remember names and other things better than my peers but it's not a "constant". I would recommend that anyone who can afford it and fears losing their cognitive ability to try it though for long enough to judge for yourself. P.S. I will be 76 in three months.

It's hard, if not impossible to tell, if this product has helped my husband's memory. It has a proven track record, a friend of mine wanted to prove if it really works. He timed his experiment which were puzzles, then started taking prevagen after 2 weeks he did the same experiment again with different word puzzles his time improved after 6 months he ran out of prevagen after two weeks off of them he went back to the puzzles his time diminished so as long as you take them you benefit.
