Great small speed light!
I have been using these a lot on me A7’s hot shoe and off of it with the R2 Pro trigger. These are incredibly versatile flashes especially considering their size. While they are not the most powerful that flashpoint offers I have been able to successfully use them professionally in sports action, portrait, product, automotive and real estate photography. The lithium ion battery back is great and gives me solid output consistency all the way through the charge. You can take hundreds upon hundreds of images for hours before have to recharge. It’s also much easier for me to carrying around a single battery. Less stuff in my bag to remember or forget! Flashpoint’s R2 system is very responsive and reliable. Also, I have used these flashes in mild rain conditions photographing at construction sites with no issues. The flash got pretty drenched up on the hot shoe but never slowed down or showed any signs of damage. They are light and fit the form factor well of my mirrorless full frame. If you’re looking for a quick, reliable lithium ion flash and don’t need ridiculous power output I would definitely suggest these.

Excellent flash
Great alternative to the larger flashpoint flash thats usually mounted on top of my Sony a7iii. Just purchased an extra battery and you will be good for an entire event.
