Comfort is its name
The picture is misleading - this nozzle is LARGE! That said it is the most comfortable nozzle I have ever used. The diameter is intimidating - almost 3/4" - but the silicone material is pliable and has a soft surface texture that make using this a pleasure - just make sure to use ample lubrication. Since it is silicone, I use coconut oil for lubrication which is readily available locally and does a wonderful job of coating the nozzle's surface. Cleanup is a breeze using soap or detergent. The nozzle can be boiled if necessary (although I am not sure the hard plastic base is boil-able.) The threaded base matches normal shower attachment hose and a thread-to-hose adapter is provided to connect to your current 5/16" enema hose. Larger diameter hose may require a trip to a local hardware store for an appropriate adapter. Be sure to get stainless steel or plastic - many of the brass and bronze fittings have lead in them! This nozzle is 10" long - enough to partially enter the sigmoid colon. So if you plan to fully insert the nozzle, please read up on proper colon tube insertion because it is a colon tube when used this way.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well Boys and Girls, whether you have been very "bad" or really "good", this tool gets the job done!
The product is rigid yet flexible meaning you can get the job done with relative comfort. I attached mine to an existing water line with a hot/cold flow control valve.... however, I also added a small valve to the unit to adjust "volume" of the flow, very important and now I can precisely control the volume of flow or turn it off entirely. This works well for me and the materials seem to be of good quality but if you are thinking of the nozzle of a typical D/B realize this is quite a bit larger in length and girth, so while I believe it is a "one size fits all" product, your comfort level may vary.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
