Heat serums are best
I get serums for thermal protection, because they seem to work better than sprays, and they wont spill like sprays when travelling. I got this product because my usual was discontinued. (Who doesnt hate it when that happens?) It works better. My hair came out silky and manageable after using Rusk and flat iron.
