This is not a good value for the money, or for any money. If you are working on a project that requires using a lot of glue, this thing will make you nuts. You can never keep enough glue sticks going to avoid running out, and when you do, you invariably have to fiddle with the glue stick to get it properly aligned so it will feed by itself. In sum, you are going to get "stuck" with unbonded glue because you can't cover enough area fast enough. In all honesty, I am dubious about the whole hot-melt glue stick idea for exactly this reason. It's probably dandy for small stuff, but again, if you are using significant amounts of glue on larger projects, this system really falls flat on its face. It is not an approach or a method that would ever make sense in a professional, production type environment--this is strictly hobby stuff. Regardless, the Arrow GT300 gun is also a dud because it is slow to heat up, it dribbles (didn't used to, now does it all the time, makes a huge mess on everything), and the cord connection prevents the stupid thing from even sitting upright on its own stand--the gun is so light that the cord keeps it off-balance. (DUMB design!) For the nearly $50 I paid for this ****, it is a bad joke. Read full review
