Dell Laptop 14in. Vostro - 3450. Parts Only - Sold As-Is. The laptop does not power on consistently. I thought it was the old thermal paste on the cpu causing it to overheat and shut down, but I cleaned the cpu, gpu, and heat sink throughly and applied fresh MX-4 paste, but the issue is still there.
