For me the real highlight of the iPad 4 is the availability of news. The news provided by Apple is superior to almost all the news available from other sources. I have had some success in downloading from the Apple Store old versions of the program which will work in iOS 10.3.3 Apple makes it very hard for you to use all the units by discontinuing programs which are still active and working and prevent new people from using the old version of the program.Apple just wants to sell higher iOS more expensive iPads to viewers that don't need them.

One of the cases had slight scratching on the screen but that was to be expected per the description, and the scratches do not affect use of the tablet in any way.
