My iPhone 6 Se and the operating system
One problem I had... the case for it interferes with the ear phone plug. I had to cut part out of the case in order to plug in the head phone plug. This port allows me to connect to my car stereo as well as a boombox that I use at my market booth. So that is not a knock on the iPhone, but a knock on the case makers. Sometimes I feel the apps and th e new new new iOS sucks... its not a Jobs iOS. not intuitive. Some things did not need fixing... and now I am lost in trying to get them to work. The volume of my iTunes are much lower... not use why. The volume limit is not on. I have to crank up the volume in the car and boombox. I can't find how to play the videos that used to easy to find and do. Installing Apps are mow a painful experience.... you did not need to fix it.. .Oh.. and two step verification is too quick... I need to have that window open longer. or why not have it open when I am typing it in... Hey I am 70 and still use my Amiga 2000...Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great little phone!
I think this is an awesome little iPhone. I'm usually weary when buying used electronic devices, mostly because you never know if they're going to end up being slow, or faulty. I bought this phone for my mom, since we're in quarantine and she currently has a flip phone, so we have no way of doing video calls and she's in another state- plus, she's anti-technology. She's 75 and has never had a smartphone before, but I figure now is the best time for her to learn something new. The phone is great. I have the iPhone 8, and before that the 6s, so I'd forgotten how lightweight this little guy is. I'm used to the bigger phone, but since my mom has a flip phone, I think the old SE is a good middle-ground. I tested the phone out for about 2 weeks before I sent it to my mom, and I honestly have no complaints about it. It does have a few small dings on it, but they were specified in the description so I knew about them when I bought the phone, but they are barely noticeable (can't even see them in the pics) and you honestly can't tell at all once you have a case on it. The screen is intact, no problems with the touch-screen or home-button. The phone works great, doesn't shut off unexpectedly, and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. The phone is unlocked, so it worked with both my Verizon SIM card and the Mint Mobile SIM card I got my mom. The audio on the calls is great, no problems with the speaker. What I did notice was that I wasn't able to remove the shutter sound when taking a picture. I found out this is the Japanese version, which was unexpected, but definitely not a deal-breaker. Plus, it's not unusual for elderly people to keep the shutter sound on when taking pics anyway. :p Overall, I give this phone 5 stars. It's exactly what I wanted at a good price. :) I think I've found a great seller, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good-quality used phone.

Iphone on a budget
Looking to upgrade but not necessarily to the latest model. Had a 5C with a dying battery and decided to upgrade to this, instead of replacing the battery. So far so good. Received phone in condition as described, refurbished. If there were any imperfections, a screen protector and case would cover it up. Out of sight out of mind as long as it works.
