The Dyson AM09 Hot+Cool fan heater uses Air Multiplier technology for long range heat or cool projection to change the temperature of the room evenly. This product is safe, because there are no fast-spinning blades or visible heating elements. The heater has Jet focus control, which means that you can either choose a long-range powerful airflow, or diffused mode to cover larger area. Wrong and malfunctioning item item at a great cost
I was sent by the Dyson refurbished certified center my heater and cool fan approximately a month ago. I was sent a white fan when I had ordered a black one. Furthermore, the wide airflow function does not work properly, I can stand in front of my fan and not even feel the slightest breeze. I have the performance of my fan to in store demos and I can say that there is something truly wrong with the one I received. Great fan.
This fan is great. It's super light weight, easy to use. The only downside is the heating options are higher than the cooling, thus I feel like I can get more hot air than cool. Marvellous machine!
The machine works efficiently and with precision. The construction (materials from which it is made) is sturdy and well thought out. In my opinion once you try a Dyson product the thought of buying another company branded device seems to be a step down. Price aside, this an almost perfect space heater. It provides almost instant warmth. In oscillation mode and with the two dispersion widths, it will deliver heat evenly throughout the entire room. It has all of the settings and adjustability that anyone would likely ever need. So why four stars instead of five - It is surprisingly noisy and it's not just that it is the white noise that a typical fan generates which can be somewhat relaxing. Super happy, works just like original Dyson AM09 I've tested but half the price!
Everything works great! Received black as described. As of being a refurbished product, I wasn't expecting it to look perfect, but it only had two rub marks that might've been from shipping because they easily wiped away after taking out a box. Everything works just fine… I purchased a brand-new one at Best Buy to see if I would like one or not, I noticed that the fan is quite loud if it's set above speed five and also when you put the fan into wide mode It seems to blow air on the sides and not in the middle of the air flow. This hot and cool fan is definitely a great buy for your home. It quickly warms up and cools down. Tilts up or down and very easy to control. It’s always on and set to my preferred temperature and rotating. Where I live it can get -35 so will be saving on heating bills since this is advertised as energy efficient.
