I actually had this same train when I was a child. Due to circumstances it had to be left behind. I always missed it it was my favorite toy. Recently came across this. And although old it is in brand new condition and at a great deal. Now it's just a display in my man cave. Which is what it has been all of these years as a display in a hobby shop store front window. This particular train is a reverence and homage to the building of the transcontinental railway. As a history buff there is a lot of history there. A very great conversation piece for me. And it's like being reacquainted with a long lost friend.
