2005 Infiniti G35x wheel bearing/hub assembly
I'm just a DIY Mechanic and this was the first time changing the wheel bearing/ Hub assembly on my 2005 Infiniti G 35x. Watched how to do it on You Tube and read different blogs on Infiniti groups. Everything went pretty smooth but I am concerned about the new bearing. right out of the box it was very stiff to turn it having a bit of resistance. I reassembled everything torquing to factory specs and began to drive the car. I am hearing some noise from that bearing a dull humming and am concerned that maybe it shouldn't have been stiff out of the box.
