This product sells for $500 brand new by no means do I expect perfection and for $150 bucks it was a steel. My only Complaint is item was sent without any plugs and I purchased several plugs before I got the right kind. Now that I got everything working properly I really enjoy it everything works great. I would recommend you order 100w gig dual Ctype 3 feet cables on Amazon for 12 bucks for two otherwise you’ll need multiple cords. I believe this would be a great product if it were advertised better as far as port needs. I can only use one extra screen. I am having difficulty locating adapters/converters to use the other screen because my computer does not have USB-C ports.
