Want a 1/48 P-38? Tamiya is your answer
Tamiya raises the bar again with their new-tool P-38 kits. I already had the P-38F/G and that kit was engineered to a whole new, and higher, standard. Fit is jaw-dropping. As with most kits, there are a few details that need tweaking (engine/propeller control levers, for instance), but overall it's the way kits *should* be built in the age of CAD/CAM. Be aware that the P-38H kits, such as the one I purchased, in mostly white boxes (no graphics on sides or ends) are limited run kits.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
