That not only are their teeth maybe half as clean, but they're probably damaging their gums in the process, too. That's what was happening to me before I discovered Sonicare 15 years ago. I thought I was taking good care of my teeth because I had (and still have) no cavities, now at age 54, but my gum line was red and tender, and I was close to needing a root canal from exposing nerves. The Sonicare has changed the life of my mouth. My teeth are whiter and healthier than ever, and my gums are normal color. Any brush that spins instead of vibrating like the Sonicare is damaging. I have the antibacterial chamber, too, and it's awesome with its UV light technology. This is exactly how hospitals clean their rooms. And there's no substitute for the original. Works well after debacle with a defective brush head. Seems to clean better than the Oral B Genius that I had previously used. Also easier to clean head after use since it is a solid unit instead of having internal components.
