this is a somewhat unusual oil filter in that it isn't the usual paper element variety. it is made of fleece and is the OEM recommended product for many mercedes (and i'm sure other) vehicles. in my case the application is for a 2005 chrysler crossfire srt6 which was build tin germany and is pretty much all SLK kompressor underneath.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
