Stainless steel makes it very sturdy rolling dough quick and easy
This is a great little machine especially for the price. I use it for cannoli shells and also for rolling fondant for decorating cakes. Easy to use it's got many settings to make your dough thick or thin and you want. Actually easy to use with the crank handle. I have not used the cutting attachment yet but if it works as well as the roller machine it's got to be good. Like um I found is the clamp to anchor it to your counter doesn't hold it as well as I would like but it's still OK, it works.

The product arrived with a dent in it. Also, im not sure if the cutter attachment should be slanted but it is. There are no details instructions on how to use it and the wrapping that was put on it is impossible to remove!
