excellent flavor. I take these daily along with a dose of Metamucil (good for cholesterol as well). Metamucil daily along with certain fish oil greatly reduced my cholesterol by 50 points. It took about a year, but it came down none the less. I take these gummies as a back up since I really have to watch my digestive system...and lots of water is important too.
