    G43

Just received my ProMag 10 round magazine this morning and my first impressions were “damn this thing is huge”!! And it is quite bigger than factory mag. I haven’t held or fooled with the G43X yet but I figured hey both are ten round so they’ll average out the same but I believe this may be a bit longer not much though. As far as being sturdy, they seem to be made exactly like the factory glock magazine polymer with the steel inside as I will post pictures below. This magazine would make a great clip to take to range or carry as a backup mag because it fits in my front pocket of my jeans perfect without sticking out and seems to be tough enough to be packed as an extra mag everyday for many many years. It’s definitely worth the money and saves you another $500 from buying the G43X lol. Thank me later 😉

    Promag glock 43 magazine

The mag doesn’t fit right. I have to really shove it into the gun. When the mag is empty and the slide locks open I can’t release it with the slide release like I can with the glock mags. I think the metal pieces on either side of the cartridges are too long. It’s hard to load too. Not because of the spring. It because of those two metal pieces. I plan to file them down. I’ll bet that fixes both issues. I’ll use this for the range but won’t depend on it for my life. I hoped this would have been of better quality. And the cartridge followed don’t slide easily into the mag. the follow profile is different than the glock magazine. The follower seems to get caught up. Sorry I bought this magazine.

  • This mag is cool!

I like this mag. A few extra rounds at the gallery is always awesome! Durable solid construction..can't quite squeeze the full ten rounds in yet but it won't take long! No feed issues or hiccups with 100+ rounds through...the spring seems pretty solid and it feels right in use...little awkward for carry but I will probably buy another one!!

  • The added capacity is nice.

The vendor's delivery was great and on time. The package was well wrapped. The mag needed some breaking in as the slide has a slight catch while loading initially and had just a couple of misfeeds. Like most new gear this has disappeared after about 100 rounds and a dab of oil (just a dab). It feeds flawlessly now. The quality of construction is comparable to the OEM mags. The added capacity is nice.

  • High quality Glock magazine

This high quality Glock 43 magazine has a 10 round capacity & it actually holds 10 rounds without difficulty. This may sound like a no-brainer but a number of magazines that I have bought in the past the capacity doesn’t match the number of rounds that it’s supposed to hold. In addition, the magazine fits perfectly in the gun & appears very robust matching or exceeding original Glock magazines. It should go without saying but the fact that it increases the gun magazine capacity is a major advantage to me which is a big improvement over original Glock magazines.

  • Fits my Mossberg MC1sc

Fits in a Mossberg MC1sc with absolutely no issues though it is rather long. I like the added capacity but will not use it while I conceal carry as it prints far too much. It's a range toy or maybe if I decided to just use it as a truck gun.

  • ProMag Magazine for the GLOCK 43 9mm Luger is an affordable, reliable, and practical upgrade for Glock owners looking to enhance their firearm’s capac

The ProMag Magazine for the GLOCK 43 chambered in 9mm Luger is an excellent aftermarket magazine option for anyone looking to increase their Glock's capacity without sacrificing too much in terms of concealability. The extended 10-round capacity is especially appealing to those who want to squeeze more out of their single-stack Glock 43 without having to upgrade to another firearm. #### Design and Build Quality The magazine features a durable polymer construction, which keeps it lightweight and resistant to wear, corrosion, and impact. The black finish matches seamlessly with the Glock's aesthetics, ensuring it doesn't look like an aftermarket product. The magazine also locks into the GLOCK 43 securely, without rattling or wiggle, which is impressive for this price point. ProMag is known for its budget-friendly offerings, and this magazine doesn’t disappoint with its solid build. #### Functionality In terms of functionality, the magazine feeds well and provides reliable performance during range sessions. While some aftermarket magazines for the Glock can have questionable reliability, this particular model seems to hold its own. Of course, as with any accessory upgrade, it’s recommended to test the magazine with your specific firearm and preferred ammunition to confirm consistent feeding. #### Added Length and Concealability One of the key concerns with extended magazines for compact handguns is whether the added length will compromise concealability. Thankfully, the ProMag GLK 13 balances capacity and size exceptionally well. While there is a slight increase in overall grip length, it is still manageable for concealed carry when paired with a quality holster. This makes it a great choice for those who value higher capacity but don’t want to give up the Glock 43's concealment advantage. #### Performance in Practice Whether for self-defense, target shooting, or even competition, the 10-round capacity is undeniably beneficial compared to the Glock 43’s standard 6-round magazine. It reduces the need for frequent reloads, which can be a lifesaver in high-stress scenarios or extended range sessions. The magazine has a sturdy spring and follower, ensuring smooth operation. However, some users have reported minor sticking with the first few uses, but this usually resolves after the magazine has been broken in. #### Pros: - Increased 10-round capacity - Lightweight and durable polymer construction - Aesthetic match with the Glock - Retains good concealability despite added length - Affordable price point #### Cons: - Minor break-in period may be required for optimal performance - Slightly extended grip length may not suit everyone’s concealed carry preferences #### Conclusion The ProMag Magazine for the GLOCK 43 9mm Luger is an affordable, reliable, and practical upgrade for Glock owners looking to enhance their firearm’s capacity. While it does extend the grip slightly, it’s perfectly manageable for concealed carry and offers immense value for the added capacity it provides. Whether you're carrying for self-defense or hitting the range, this magazine offers a great combination of performance and practicality. Just be sure to test it thoroughly with your setup to ensure it meets your personal standards for reliability.

  • Great fit

I was a little skeptical not buying a OEM product from Glock. The ProMag has a high reputation for making quality magazines. The mag fits perfect, and the extended finger grip makes the Glock 43 manageable for people that have the larger hands. My products were shipped promptly and there were no problems. I've looked at others but I believe the ProMag is the best fit look and is extremely price competitive.

  • Maybe send me a order Mag to see if it works better in my Glock 43

  • Worth It

I was tired of having a six shooter for my Glock 43 but I gave this a try and love it. Bought two for the range
