Had the Pixel 3XL around 6 months and bought a cover at Verizon. It is stiff with a black fabric type cover. I liked it but it somewhat "slick" and I had to be careful when holding it not to drop. It also slid on the seat of the car and truck and would topple easily while on the console. I bought the Speck Presidio grip cove and so far it is a great choice. Really good quality, fits super tight and feels much more secure. Would highly recommend.

Nice texture for grip. Fits well on my phone and the buttons work fine. I have yet had to rely on drop protection. The charger port is positioned correctly, but the hole for the headphone jack is misplaced. There are no holes for mic and speakers, but audio performance does not seem to be impacted.

Seems to work well. This is the type of product that proves its worth over time. So far it's great. The button covers are very easy which is really nice, as some are almost impossible. These are a breeze.

I used this case for 2.5 years on my previous phone. I tried a few others, but this one has great grip and good buttons. Fortunately, I never dropped my phone, so I can't attest to how good the protection is for that, but it does have a very good drop rating.

Really solid construction and build. Lightweight, not bulky yet very rigid and protective. Raised "lip" ensures corners or main display will not sustain any damage when dropped. Access to all ports and crevices. Power button and volume controls are protected and not exposed, yet easy to depress when needed. A+.
