Good not great
The case is provides decent protection my only complaint is that the sleep button is worthless. You have to mash it so hard the whole case bends and then half the time it still doesn’t work. I love it but...
Cons: I don’t like not being able to use a glass screen protector because the plastic one gets screatches and finger prints easily! Also water gets Inside the case if it gets on the screen it seeps in from the sides. The home button... I had to peel the plastic off because it wasn’t recognizing my finger print after a while of being used. Also I don’t like the belt clip because it doesn’t rotate. Pros: the rubber is very durable! The back is stylish showing the Apple! The cameras are protect by raised edges but not covered by plastic which is great for picture quality!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Don't settle for the other; use OTTER
great product; great price. durable but not bulky. I would offer this tip: The install instructions contained with the unit consist of 8 small photos (no text). Do yourself a favor when assembling the unit and inserting your phone. Google something to the effect of: instructions for inserting iphone 8plus in otter box. It’s an Otterbox!
The name speaks for itself! If you have owned an Otterbox then you get it and you will continue to keep your phones in them. If not, then you need to! My phones last a very long time and are in perfect condition when I decide to upgrade and sell it. And I always get a great resell value from it too! No other case out there better! Just what I need
Great protection. It has 3 layers. The plastic over the screen. The hard cover and then the rubber cover. Fits my iPhone 7 like a glove. It is slimmer than I expected it to be which is great because it doesn’t make my phone bulky. Only downside is the plastic cover over home button is flimsy and has stretched out already. Not my first Otterbox Defender case, not my last...
I have used Otterbox Defenders for nearly 20 years and have never had any damage to my phone from dropping or otherwise. The cases get stretched out and the screen covers get scratched over time and need to be replaced, but that's better than damaging your phone. Amazing case
I wish I would have bought this case to begin with instead of the piece of junk that I bought originally. This case really provides protection for your phone. I wouldn’t have a big crack that I do now I would’ve started off with something like this. It’s a great case. I had to watch a YouTube video so I could figure out how to get the phone into it. Otterbox defender for iphone 8 plus
The Otterbox is great. Very durable and has a built in screen protector. I had one for my old iphone 4s for 5 years and it worked great.
