Was looking for a lightweight vacuum to do the midweek dog hair pick up and this fit the bill beautifully. Besides the lightweight feature it has a very strong suction so the dog hair doesn't stand a chance! It does pull itself forward, as one reviewer mentioned, but I don't have a problem with that. All the attachments that come with it are a bonus...I find myself grabbing this little guy often for cleaning more than just the floors! Highly recommend!

the light keeps going on for the roller to be cleaned just a few hairs around it and it stops. Hard to get used to the fact that it will not stand up, you have to fold it over to have it stand still. It does a great job on the floors and carpet. I love the fact of no cord, that I got used to real quick. I have a small house of 1,000 sq. ft. so the battery lasts long enough for me. The reason I said not easy to use is that of having to stop a lot and clean the roller that only has a few hairs on it. It's easy to empty, just be sure you hold the whole canister over the trash can. I love that it really does go under furniture.

Well designed. Picks up very well. Easy to maneuver. I can vacuum in 1/10th of time I used to spend. The Filter system is very good, it does not blow dirty air back into the room. The filter can be cleaned under a faucet. I wish the battery lasted a little longer, but like I said, you can vacuum a large area very quickly.

I've only had the device for a few weeks, but it performs admirably. My wife and I bought a Shark upright cyclonic vacuum cleaner a few years ago and were amazed by how much better it performed than our old name brand vacuum. I had always heard Shark vacuums were comparable to Dyson. I've always been attracted to Dyson products, but get sticker shock when I look at them. If Dyson vacuums are better than Shark vacuums, to me the extra cost is not worth it. Anyway, this little puppy lived up to my high expectations. After vacuuming my office the dust cannister was fully of fuzz hair and dust just like the Shark upright. It's really incredible how much this little battery powered stick vacuum sucks. Keep in mind this vacuum is not intended for the primary vacuum in a large or medium-sized house. I use it for the second story of our house which is probably 500-600 Sq ft. One charge is enough for a good once over on low power, and limited high power operation in high traffic areas. I might be able to vacuum the whole upstairs on high, but it would be pushing it. I will probably buy a second battery and a charger dock in the future but for now the single battery is more than adequate. The vacuum is very easy to use, the accessories are easily changeable and snap firmly into place. When folded for storage it can fit just about anywhere. This makes for a great combination secondary vacuum and dust buster. If you are looking for a primary vacuum your probably better off getting a plug in Shark upright, or at least getting the model with two batteries. Very pleased with the purchase.Read full review

The handheld part of the vacuum is very hard to detach from the wand. It requires working it back and forth and significant effort to remove it. It is quite heavy to use overhead. The battery seems to last about 30 minutes of continuous cleaning which is adequate for me. The vacuum has plenty of suction and is maneuverable . It is easy to empty and also to clean the filters. I don't think I would buy this vacuum again.
