I have this unit (Extra Heavy) as well as the Heavy and Medium tension units. Those two units were too light for me as a full hand exerciser but the Heavy would work exercising individual fingers. FYI - I do not have particularly strong hands. The Extra Heavy was more to my liking as a full hand exerciser.

I bought this for the obvious reasons. I was impressed with the quality. I especially like the fact that I can strengthen my weaker fingers to match my stronger ones. I play guitar and this is great for grip strength. It took me a bit to figure out the best way to use it but once I did I fell in love with it. Great product.
