Works well.
I have this unit (Extra Heavy) as well as the Heavy and Medium tension units. Those two units were too light for me as a full hand exerciser but the Heavy would work exercising individual fingers. Professional quality exerciser, great for guitar players.
I bought this for the obvious reasons. I was impressed with the quality. I especially like the fact that I can strengthen my weaker fingers to match my stronger ones.
