Got this for my black Redline cruiser bike. If you are running something like a 25 tooth sprocket and a 9 tooth rear driver, your chain is going to be VERY close to the rear chain stays. So you have to choose between having a chain TOO tight or having it hit your stays. I needed to have some slack in the chain for a smoother drive but hated how it hit the stays on landings and jumps so... got the Lizards Skins. It's a carbon fiber pattern pressed onto about 1mm of neoprene-like material with a SUPER sticky adhesive. This works awesome. I can have my chain slack, smooth drive, and protected chain stay and it looks pretty cool. Happy with the outcome!

I used these at areas on frame where cables rub paint off on the frame. I cut them into sections using a scissors . The adhesive works good eve n in hot Las Vegas weather.
