Used to do a BIOS update...
Bought the cheapest processor I could to do the BIOS update on my Z370 mainboard to support the 9600K. Other than that its a test and update processor, and maybe a backup processor. Worked well for this purpose. Maybe I will get a cheap motherboard to run it in.
