Expensive
I understand that it absorbs faster because it's a fluid and not a capsule, but it takes "1 to 2 weeks to work." I'm new to nursing and I didn't realize that I could have gone to Walmart and paid $4 for fenugreek and seen results in 3 days. Sure, Natal Nourish, helps with quality of milk more than fenugreek alone, but I can help the quality with my diet too. Would I buy this product again? Not better than Fenugreek
I wasn't producing all that much milk, about 18 oz a day. I started taking fenugreek supplement and it increased to 19-25 oz a day. I switched to this Natalnourish and my results were about the same as taking the fenugreek, 19-23 oz a day. Fenugreek supplement is onlyb $4.44 a month and this product is $34. I would recommend this product to everyone who is struggling with low milk supply. I have already been taking Fenugreek pills, drinking the Mother’s Milk tea, eating oatmeal for breakfast but since I have been taking these drops I see an increase in my milk supply.
