Samsung Galaxy Note4 is one of the best phones available if you want/need to ever replace the battery.
Replacing evil google apps is not easy but the phone is good. LGV20 has a better Voice Recorder because it allows bookmarks to be labeled whereas the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 does not. Battery no good.
The battery that came installed in the phone would suddenly drop to 0 % at around 50% and cause the phone to shut off and need to be plugged in to charger to restart. This is an excellent phone and seller. It was delivered as advertised. This is a note 4 and is a larger phone than many and is what I needed. One of the primary reasons I bought this model was because it offered the sd card slot and higher mp camera. The big problem for me is I can not find a way to access the photos without granting access to my photos (and most other access), email, and location which I will not do. Full disclosure by manufacturer should have made this clear up front ie. You can not access many features of this phone without granting access to what one would consider private information. Wrong carrier but great phone
