I just recently up graded from note 3 to note8. This phone has so many more functions than my note 3 but also includes the wonderful functionality that my note 3 had. Learning curve very easy, thanks to the video's on YouTube. I recommend if you're not able to purchase a note 9 the note 8 is the next best phone. Be sure to buy a good protective case and screen protection and the phone should last you a long time. This phone is everything I need. No longer do I have to carry a notebook, pen and paper, calendar to remember appointments and special occasions, an alarm clock or stopwatch or timer. So many apps, you can get anything you want for functionality. Keep on hand all your friends and families phone numbers, you can also text if their unable to talk. Now I never miss a birthday, appointments or any special occasion, it is on my phones calendar and you can set an alarm to remind you of those dates and times. You even have the ability to find your phone if lost. Take beautiful pictures and videos and keep or send to friends or family. If you have problems seeing or hearing your phone, you can adjust the phone to help. You can even mirror your phone to a smart TV and watch your phones functions on your tv. If you have any questions you can ask Bixby. She will do just about any function you have set your phone up to do. Examples- make a call, remind you of what's on the calender. Set the alarm and many other functions. You can block phone calls from unknown callers and stop advertising ads. This phone even has a virus protector built in.
