Hub is well made, but the ABS sensor isn’t
I installed this hub the other day. The job was straight forward. I started the truck and noticed the ABS light was still on. I checked the connection, no issue there. I brought the truck to a local mechanic for a diagnostic scan. The issue was with the new hub. The wheel speed sensor was tested and found to be faulty. It failed the voltage test. Good budget bearing assembly
Seems well made. But not sure if it really is a "Timken" unit. Several tell tale signs were obviously missing. 1)Tmken places o hologram seal on the box. 2) The flange is always discolored *blue heat marks" on the back.
