The product was far better than expected. It was in mint condition for a used product. The battery life now is about 4 hours. But I assume that when new it ran about 8-10 hours. Although the i5 processor is good for moderate photography editing, it crashes in some more intense programs. In hindsight I have ordered another Surface with i7 and 16g of memory and will use the i5 as a backup. Nice laptop, but if you do artistic etc work ...get the i7 version.

I have never had a better laptop Advertisement the Surface Laptop is a 13.5-inch slightly bigger than apples 13" model, latop that is quite possibly the most attractive computing product Microsoft has ever created – and now that we've spent more time with it, we stand by that statement. In short, the Surface Laptop is an incredibly attractive machine which shows that Windows laptops can be just as gorgeously designed as Apple products if not better!! It features a full aluminum lid and body reminiscent of the Surface Book's, which give it a sturdy yet premium feel. While these keep the Surface Laptop feeling light (more on that in a bit), they also give you confidence that this expensive bit of kit isn’t going to break or dent easily at the merest of knocks.
