Great Sounding Slip Ons
While these Cobra Neighbor Hater slip ons are loud, they’re not “neighbors will hate you” loud. I like that though! There are louder options available from other manufacturers, but I’m not sure you would find something even close to the Cobra’s price on these NHs. I’d venture to say, one would probably pay (at least) a couple of hundred (or more) dollars more, and may not get the same performance as the NHs provide. The finish and quality are second to none! The belled-out (4.5”) exhaust tips look absolutely awesome! If you’re looking for that ground pounding, obnoxiously loud sound, you might want to look elsewhere. If you want a (fairly) meaty rumble at idle, a loud throaty roar when in the throttle, you will absolutely like the NH slip ons! Thus far, I’ve only ridden 200 +/- miles since installing them... the throaty rumble seems to have already gotten a little deeper and louder.

Well built
After having problems on another manufacturers slip ons that were only three years old, I decided to give the NH a try because of Cobras reputation. The installation was fairly simple and straight forward. The sound is great! They are definitely loud. They to be very well built, I hope they hold up as well as people are saying they do. I hope to get out and ride soon (snow is slowing that process).

Worth the money
Fit and function was great on my 2013 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Only complaint was I broke a bolt on the saddlebag mount due to threads that hadn't been chased after chrome plating. Sound I'd give a 8/10 for their performance. Sound is good, rumble at idle and sings above 3k.

Slip on exhaust
They are definitely louder the stock, no where near open pipes. I didn't want super loud because of the neighbors and the hours I keep. But these are definitely plenty loud. I actually had one of my neighbors told me the other day they can hear me coming from about 3 blocks away, but not loud and obnoxious. When riding they don't sound very loud, I had some ride my bike and then I really heard what it sounds like, and all I could say was wow. Definitely a good buy for me.

2005 Harley FLHTPI
I just put these on my new to me- low miles, used Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Police Touring cruiser that was retired from Peabody, MA PD. The stock exhausts weren’t cutting it. I wanted something with good deep rumble but not deafening. These pipes sound great and plenty of torque to boot. Minor rumble at cruising speed but can hear XM radio fine. Install was about 45 minutes taking my time including removal and replacement of both pipes. WD40 helped to remove the old ones and seat the new Cobras. There’s some minor coughing and popping going down big hills in 3rd gear with the new ones. Going to put a high flow air intake on it next and try out the Dynojet Power Vision for fine tuning. Happy trails and ride it like you stole it!
